The Dora Power Wheels is a great ride on toy for indoor and outdoors.  We had a similar Power Wheels for our son and it was great.  He would ride it on our fenced in deck, in the house and follow me around the yard with it.  The only problem we found with it is when he out grew it!  He was still trying to ride it at the age of five and a half scrunching his legs in.  So of course we had to upgrade.
